Thank you for choosing Bikes N Shocks Service Centre and Showroom for your bike and suspension servicing and repairs.

Bikes N Shocks is operating at Shop 3, 658 Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100 (Corner of Pittwater Road and Sydenham Rd).

We are open Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm for pick-ups and drop off and most Saturdays from 10 am to 12:30 pm.

Some Saturdays we are away on races, we will inform you on Google or our website if this is the case.

Bookings are required for all services, if you need to do multiple service bookings for your bike please make a booking for each service, it will allocate a time slot for each specific service.

For example, if You need Fork service, select it and book it, and then if you need your shock service too, make a new booking after the fork booking, then if you need a deluxe bike service make a new booking.

We have some packages available, please check them out in the service menu https://www.bikesnshocks.com/services, they might be what your bike needs!

Suspensions can be dropped off or posted to us for service but also require a prior booking, contact me if you require help with this at workshop@bikesnshocks.com. If you’re not comfortable removing and reinstalling your Fork or shock, for an additional fee of $25 rear shock and $35 Fork) we can do it for you, ensuring that your bike is rebuilt with the correct grease and manufacturer’s torque settings. NOTE: The removal/installation fee doesn’t apply if you are doing Bikes N Shocks Service, Deluxe Bikes N Shocks Service, and Ultimate Bikes N Shocks Service.
